01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of ZCICO ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") at zcico.com, or by purchasing our machinery (including but not limited to Pellet Mills, Hammer Mills, Mixers, Coolers, and Dryers), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.

02 Intellectual Property & Use License

All content, including machinery designs, technical specifications, 3D models, logos, and text provided on this website are the exclusive property of ZCICO.

• Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ZCICO's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
• You may not modify or copy the technical drawings or specifications of our machinery.
• You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without explicit written consent.
• You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software or mechanical design contained on ZCICO's website or products.

03 B2B Products & Customization

The specifications, capacities, and performance metrics listed on our website for equipment (such as Poultry Pellet Mills, Wood Pellet Machines, Twin-shaft Mixers, etc.) are for reference purposes only.

Final product specifications will be defined in the specific Purchase Agreement or Contract signed between ZCICO and the Client. We reserve the right to modify technical parameters to improve product performance without prior notice on the website.

04 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZCICO or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ZCICO's website, even if ZCICO or a ZCICO authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

For machinery purchased, liability is strictly limited to the terms outlined in the official Warranty Policy provided with the sales contract. We ensure factory-level reliability and quality control, but cannot be held responsible for improper operation or unauthorized modification of equipment.

05 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of our headquarters.
